Michelle is a kind, caring and compassionate individual who is committed to service excellence. Michelle is also fully bilingual in French and English.

Her varied and life-long experiences include:

- Working in a local nursing home and interacting with residents as her first job as a teen.
- Experience with persons having special needs; has a sibling with Down syndrome.
- Caring for her aging parents, one of whom has Alzheimer's disease.
